M42 GERMAN HELMET ARMY SINGLE DECAL 2 TONE CAMO - AMERICAN VET BRING BACK
This one out of Michigan a few years ago and purchased direct from the vets family. Story goes it was taken from a pile of helmets from surrendering P.O.W.'s. Vet liked it because it was the only one with camo paint. He took the helmet and put it in his tank.Later the chin strap was utilised for a running repair on said tank.

First model Mauser bayonet used up to and including WW1. Blade measures 20 and a half inches. Overall length just under 26 inches.
This one straight out a loft. Unit mkd. to Quillion "B. 2. I." plus other numbers ( indistinct ). Bavarian Inf. Rgt. 2 ?
