WW1 GERMAN - RESERVIST SOLDIER STATUE - HANS LEUNER

Rare period piece.
Circa 1916
Black painted spelter figure of a Reservist Trooper from JR 108.
I believe these came in both a black or bronzed finish.
Good detail with numbered shoulder boards, peaked cap, in full marching order .
Signed to the base of the figure, ( Artist ) , " HANS LEUNER ".
Overall height inc. the marble base is approx 13 and a half inches.
Figure is 11 and a half inches approx.
Original paint.
Bought over 40 years ago from Hermann Historica and has sat on my mantelpiece since.
Now time to find this fella a new home.
